60" Sony Wega projection HDTV w/ "Trusuround SRS" sound; like new - has a beautiful, crisp picture (the HD channels and/or DVD movies played on it are Fantastically beautiful !!) Beautiful, big Portifino apartment room for rent! We are two 20 year old female college students looking for someone to rent out the other room in our apartment. We share a room at one end of the apartment and looking for one or two people to share the room located on the opposite side. The room has a large walk-in closet and its own bathroom; complete with a shower and nice, big bathtub. The apartment is roomy: big living room and connected kitchen and dining room, marble counter-tops, dishwasher, balcony, and our own washer and dryer. Everything but the room for rent has been furnished, so you don't have to worry about anything else. However, we are completely open to any other things you have or would like to add to the rest of the apartment to make it feel more homey to you. Utilities are not included, but we try to keep bills around or below $60 a month. We are very easy-going, friendly people. We like to create good relationships with our roommates, but realize everyone needs their space as well.
